If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or simply feel like you might need to speak to someone, my practice offers a warm and supportive space. I will help you learn to focus inward to attend to your bodily experience and connect your somatic experience to your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Together, we’ll explore strategies that feel meaningful and work for you.
My practice is affirming of your cultural, racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender identities. I take an anti-racist approach and I view an understanding of systemic oppression as integral to the therapeutic process.

You are the expert on your life. We will work closely together to establish goals that reflect your desires and expectations and create a plan to help you achieve them.
