Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes. I offer 90 minute EMDR sessions for people paying out of network.

In Colorado, I am credentialed with most major health insurance companies, including Medicare, through Sondermind. I am not currently credentialed with insurances in New York; I will provide what’s called a “super bill” so that you can use your out of network benefits. Please inquire if you need a discounted rate; I offer some sliding scale appointments for mental health service providers and those who demonstrate need.  

EMDR Consultation and Clinical Supervision

Individual sessions are 55 minutes and group sessions are 90 minutes.

I completed by EMDR training in 2019 an I’m an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant in Training (CIT), meaning I can provide up to 15 hours of your EMDR consultation (group and/or individual) towards your certification. I have taken advanced training in the use of EMDR to treat addiction/addictive processes and in combining EMDR with other modalities, including internal family systems (IFS), schema therapy, and somatic approaches.

You can contact me for individual or group sessions (max 5 group participants) towards clinical licensure in Colorado. I also offer consultation to individuals, groups, and agencies.
