Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes. I offer 90 minute EMDR sessions for people paying out of network.
In Colorado, I am credentialed with most major health insurance companies, including Medicare, through Sondermind. I am not currently credentialed with insurances in New York; I will provide what’s called a “super bill” so that you can use your out of network benefits. Please inquire if you need a discounted rate; I offer some sliding scale appointments for mental health service providers and those who demonstrate need.
EMDR Consultation and Clinical Supervision
I have been providing clinical supervision towards licensure and consultation to agencies since 2019. I have experience in clinical research and as a manager and practicing clinician in court-based settings with mandated clients, community mental health centers, and private practice. I have supported agencies by offering clinical licensure supervision and consulting with agencies on best practices for clinical documentation, trauma-informed safety protocols, and offered training in evidence based practices and crisis response. I have also supported other therapists with setting up their own private practices and maintaining records.
I completed my EMDR training in 2019 and I’m an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant in Training (CIT), meaning I can provide up to 15 hours of your EMDR consultation (group and/or individual) towards your certification. I have taken advanced training in the use of EMDR to treat addiction/addictive processes and in combining EMDR with other modalities, including internal family systems (IFS), schema therapy, and somatic approaches. I regularly incorporate these advanced practices into my own use of EMDR and case conceptualization and to guide my consultees as they develop their skill with EMDR.
